What are Windmills?
Windmills are designed to increase awareness regarding attitudes of those with disabilities which are instrumental in forming behaviors towards these individuals. Through change, employment and advancement, people with disabilities can be promoted. 

This training will discuss:  

  • Disabilities that Might Require Reasonable Accommodations
  • How does one have an Interactive Conversation with Employees to Develop Accommodations
  • Gain Insight on Identifying Possible Reasonable Accommodations and Resources
