- Front desk/Reception tasks to include answering a multi-line phone system and greeting and assisting visitors.
- General daily office operations (including filing, and processing mail/shipments), as required.
- Copying, scanning, and miscellaneous submittal preparation.
- Word processing and proofreading of business and technical correspondence.
- Creating and editing spreadsheets.
- Assisting with meeting coordination and other miscellaneous duties
- Processing invoices for purchase orders.
- Staff resume preparation.
- Assisting with fleet management.
