POSITION: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Our Outdoor Drinkware brand is seeking a qualified candidate to join our fast-growing company for the position of Customer Service Representative. In this e-commerce and after-sales role, you will be a primary contact by phone, email, or live chat for customer inquiries about the products or brand.
Main Responsibilities:
? Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone, e-mail, and live chat inquiries regarding products and brand
? Assist clients with on-line orders.
? Process returns and exchanges and communicate those needs with the shipping department
? Process and review retail orders prior to fulfilment.
? Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
? Manage ongoing customer relationships
? Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with all of our staff
? Assist customers with after-sales service issues
? Able to communicate our company policies concisely to a client
? Maintain and update regular client correspondence
Job Requirements:
? Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service for an e-commerce company
? Strong e-commerce background, experience with Shopify webstore platform a plus
? Must be a sales-oriented and customer-focused person
? High School diploma
? Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings, and communications/advertising program
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
? Proactive personality and self-motivator
? Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
? Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
? Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications
? Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
Hours/Pay:
? Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
? $18 - $22 / Hr
