A well-established local bank is looking for a friendly, dependable Call Center Representative to provide excellent customer service over the phone. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity to grow your banking career.
You’ll answer customer calls, resolve account issues, process transactions, and help customers with ACH, ATM, and online banking questions.
Monday–Friday during regular banking hours. Banking experience is preferred, but strong customer service experience will be considered. $18–$22/hr DOE
