Ready to lead instead of just follow? A thriving architecture and engineering firm is adding a licensed PE to run the structural discipline in its Bozeman office. You’ll set the standards, mentor the team, and be the go-to technical expert!
You’ll:
- Set and improve structural design and documentation standards
- Review designs and support contractors through construction
- Mentor and train structural staff
- Help hire and evaluate future team members
You have:
- Structural PE license (SE a plus)
- 10+ years of experience (15+ preferred), with strong light-frame wood experience plus steel, concrete, and masonry
- Revit, Bluebeam, and Enercalc/RISA or similar
- Leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with Montana life
